Are we good at what we do?
Yes. We’re unashamedly proud of our ability to help people solve their real estate issues
Between us, we’ve helped hundreds of homeowners buy and sell homes, many of whom choose to use us again and again.
We understand that our first job is to look after the people who entrust us with their biggest assets and expect quality service and the best possible result the market will offer.
But equally, even if you’re not selling (or in the unlikely event you choose to move forward with a different agent), no matter what your particular issue is, I’ll listen, ask questions, and give you my honest thoughts about what your options may be.
Should you hire us?
Here’s the real deal. If you’re looking to work with a team that knows what they’re doing, won’t blow smoke up your ass and will keep your end goals in their sights at all times, then yes.
We’re straight-shooting, no bull-s**t, professional real estate experts. Those attributes permeate all that we know, all that we do and also how we do it. We’re not here to waste your time or ours, we’re not here to rack up unnecessary fees and we’re not here to put ourselves ahead of you. We’re in the full-service industry, and we both know and appreciate what that means.
Here are some questions people ask before choosing to work with us:
I don’t think we can afford to hire you...
I’d answer that by saying that you most likely can’t afford not to hire us. A decent real estate expert makes you many more times his or her Success Fee back for you at the end of the campaign.
Are there cheaper options? Undoubtedly. But it’s like the old adage, if it’s cheap, it’s probably not good. And in this industry, ‘not good’ can cost you BIG in money, time & stress. We’re worth every cent of our Success Fee.
Have we helped someone with your specific problem before?
Most likely yes. Having Craig Darroch as the third member of your team makes such a difference when it comes to untangling the difficult bits. In his time in the industry, he’s seen, heard & done it all. Having this wealth of experience at your fingertips can mean the ultimate difference between success and failure!
Can’t we sell our property ourselves?
Of course, much like you can sell your own car, build your own house, cook your own filet mignon and design your own website. It depends on your particular skill set, your natural abilities and your willingness to make mistakes. Here’s the thing; making mistakes when selling your own home has the very real potential to cost you majorly.
Whereas with us, we don’t make mistakes- it’s our profession after all. We look at our role as two things. Firstly and most importantly, ‘Result Maximisation’ (ie getting the most money possible out of the sale of your house) but secondly (and, in my opinion, this isn’t talked about enough!), ‘Stress Minimization’ (ie taking as much of the load from you as possible and letting you focus on living your life).
Can we help you if you live outside of West Auckland?
Probably not. Our ‘area of expertise’ is well and truly West Auckland. We can offer general advice and assistance, but we’ll most likely simply point you in the right direction of a real estate expert who would be better suited to helping with your problem.
